Interview
I did 6 rounds with them! Hr, coding challenge of 3 hours! and team meets, in return for them to say there is uncertainty about whether they will hire for that team. What a waste of time but it didnt stop there.
Rather than simply saying they have a hiring freeze, so we can all move on! , they then proposed to schedule another interview for another team for a completely different role with a vague role requirement. To at the end come back and say, that my skillset doesnt qualify for that new role. When i confronted them that the job description didn’t mention any of those requirements, they said the role just opened and the team didnt have clarity on what they’d need. Completely unprofessional with no regard for candidates time and effort. They didn't have any intention to hire for any of those teams.

Too many stages (6) for an average salary. Quite fast to receive feedback. Technical interview was with junior data analysts who have no idea what questions to ask and how to ask such as “how did you feel when writing this code?” “what are the pros and cons of using this line word in your code?”.

6 rounds of interviews with various departments. Got a case study that needed at least 5-6 hours of effort before even speaking to anyone. Did not proceed. Have to present the case study thereafter to a panel. Singapore office
The 4th interview was cancelled on the last minute with an automatic rejection mail. I would assume at least a personalized rejection mail after weeks of process and 3 hour long coding exams.
