First interview went well with the recruiter, basic questions. Second interview was with the team members. Two team members from the team which I applied for. Heavy focus on the Adyen way and values. There is no wiggle room so you need to know them by heart and what they mean exactly. Also have a future path ready to present, and how this will fit with your possible career in the company.
