I recently interviewed for a Senior Legal Counsel position at Adyen. While I was excited about the opportunity, I was disappointed that the recruiter didn't seem to have any record of my previous application a year ago. The interview itself was also quite disorganized and unstructured. I didn't get a clear sense of what the role entailed or what Adyen was looking for.
