Long process for pretty junior role. 5 steps including 4 separate executive interviews AND a presentation to all of them at once. Plus additional presentation with slides to present your 30-60-90 day plan. At first they told me 4 steps until after I successfully completed 3rd round and then threw additional step with presentations in before I could progress to final meeting. Bait and switch feeling. I withdrew my candidacy. Red flag!
