Applied online, quick response from the Recruitment team. Asked to send some answers to questions that you'd find in a cover letter. Then interviewed, was invited to an online test where you had to answer each question within 2 mins, difficult with the time frame. The next day I was told I was unsuccessful following the test.

First stage is a video call with HR. It felt like a conversation rather than a formal screening interview. Next step is a numerical test. The format of the test isn't ideal, and a bit messy. After I submitted my test answers HR person were going to get back to me with the outcome. But I never heard again from them again. "We treat jobseekers as people not as products" is what they said in the job ad but I'm not sure they live up to that.
