The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aecon (Lynnwood, WA) in Jun 2012
Interview
I applied through the university I study in. They contacted after 3 days confirming they received my application. After 2 week I got email saying my resume is still under review and they will contact me within 2 weeks. After the 2 weeks a senior manager called me and invited to his office for interview.
On the interview there were 2 senior managers including the one who called me. The next day after the interview they called me and offered the position.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Aecon (Toronto, ON) in May 2026
Interview
After 2 weeks of the first interview, I got the 2nd interview. And I waited for 2 weeks again for the offer. The interview experience was nice and they were very professional. Just the waiting time is a lil bit too long.

Question 1
Tell me about yourself.
Lack of information?
Disagreement with manager or colleague.
Felt like the interviewer did not prepare to ask me any questions about myself? It's like I had to come up with things to say and asking them questions about Aecon rather than them taking an active interest in my experiences at all.
