Applied for the role in February 2023. Was only contacted for an interview in June 2023. Had (3) separate interviews (1 being the HR vetting process) that went very well and were more like business conversations than behaviour based interviews; pleasant and positive. They moved very quickly to setting up the interviews. However, HR leaves you hanging and is very unresponsive post interviews. No feedback or directions on the way forward/next steps, and ignored all followed-up emails. Rather than being upfront, you are left hanging. Found that to be very unprofessional and unfortunately, that has left a negative impression of the organization.
