AeroVect Technologies Engineer interview questions

The team and technology are great, but I was very disappointed by the poor communication during the recruiting process. It starts with a phone screen, then a 1.5 hour technical interview, then a 4 hour onsite. I was told to provide my availability to schedule the onsite, which I did, and then I was ghosted. The dates I gave availability for had passed and they still hadn't replied. I had to send several follow ups to get a response. They also told me nothing about what to expect during the 4 hour interview and ignored my emails asking about that too. During the interview, they said they prided themselves on moving quickly and I would hear back about their decision within a couple days. It actually took almost 2 weeks. Overall, they are unprofessional and disorganized. Do not expect to get replies to your emails.
