Aerotek would conduct their own screening for job placements, call potential candidates in main office for in person interview. The interview is basically to further screen your background and sometimes give feed back base on your responses and resume on what could make you a better candidate.

Internal interview with leadership mostly other AMs. They basically interview you to see if you have what it takes to be an AM and push through hard/challenging times. After that, you get an offer or you dont.

Had a phone screen, in person meeting, lunch and another in person meetings. These all happened within two weeks. It was a semi-formal meeting. Everyone seemed to enjoy the conversation. They really do care about their business and the people they are hiring.
