Interview
The recruiter called me by seeing my online application and set up an interview at their office. It was basically form filling, going through the resume and a couple of behavioral questions so that they could put you in their database for any available opportunities. The interviewer was courteous and professional.

They open many positions, you will get phone call first. A recruiter will ask you some basic questions base on your resume and offer a wage range. If you agree with their offer they will move forward. I apply way ahead before I graduate so after answering their question. They sent me an email and reply that email before I officially graduate 1 month

Interview
I've had multiple recruiters reach out to me for different engineering jobs and they've all been very disappointing. The recruiter will go MIA after multiple screening interviews and promising to move on to the next step, having in-person interview with the hiring company. They would tell me they will get back to me with a date asap, spam my phone and email until they get a response from me (although I was at work so couldn't answer as much) but NEVER pick up when I call to ask what happened to that interview date. Truly disappointing and unprofessional.

I did a thirty minute interview with an HR recruiter about my work and academic history. There were not any technical questions or specifications about the role. It was mostly just a meet and greet.
