This was a phone screening by a recruiter. I didn't appreciate the recruiter insisting that I didn't have experience when I have 10 years of experience in the field. This tells me that recruiters sometimes aren't trained correctly in what these different medical positions are and the skills and experience that qualify people for these positions. It was a terrible screening call.

The interview was over the phone and it was very. smooth. Tyson was really friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. It is a 2 part interview process. My second interview was with Washington University St. Louis. Although I was nervous, the interview went well and I was offered the position. Hopefully the onboarding process goes well.
