I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Aerotek (Wixom, MI) in Feb 2019
Interview
I got a call from the recruiter and right away she started asking me questions and asked specific questions about the job so I didn’t have much time to research the company. We set up another phone screen for the next day where I was asked questions about the position and a lot of behavioral questions. I then was asked to come in and meet with the director of operations and two account managers. The conversation went well but she told me to call her the next day and leave a voice message if she didn’t answer. I did that and I didn’t end up getting ahold of her until the next day where she asked me if I had an concerns with the position and if I didn’t I would be called back that next Tuesday to see if they wanted to move forward with the half day shadow. I didn’t get a call but a generic email that went to my spam saying they chose another candidate. My advice for the interview is make sure you have specific examples and really know the STAR method.
