Interview
Very quick. First interview with recruiter, then in person With an assistant manager and then possibly their manager. They seem to have no idea what the expectations they want for the position. There is no negotiation based on experience for the position and they are not very concerned with answering questions you may have about the position. Be prepared to have no follow up despite that being what they express throughout the process
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.
