I came in and spoke with my recruiter about my background and what I was looking for. We went over my resume. He interviewed me mainly trying to find out about my job history and what I was looking for. They did a background check. Shortly afterwards he told me about 2 positions at different companies. We discussed them, I picked one and they offered me a temp job. I came in and signed the paperwork for it. The process was so quick, maybe a week and I had 2 jobs to choose from.
