All they did was look at what I had as a job skill set. ask me some general questions of what I've worked in the past and test a little bit of my knowledge and then applied me to where I would fit best with other companies because it's a temp agency.

Simply going to them, having a professionally done Resume and good References, meeting the requirements and having a Secret clearance. Dressing professional blue collar manner. The process was very easy as long as you did your research, confident, know business practices, and have Negotiation skills. Its relatively easy.
