Interview
A recruiter called me to set up a zoom interview which was a casual get-to-know style conversation. He set up a time for me to meet the branches mangers for an in person interview. At the time of the second interview the manager was unexpectedly out of the office. I interviewed with two other available associates and then took about an hour to shadow current recruiters. I did not hear back for more than two weeks, yet some of the recruiters had added me on LinkedIn (?) and showed interest in me starting. I reached out to the recruiter two times through email before I finally realized that after 2 months & 3 interviews I had been 'ghosted' by the company.
The interview process was quick. Lasting around 15 minutes. There are several interviews that you will go through. They will do an initial interview with the director. Then you will get scheduled for a follow up. This is where you meet the other recruiters and account managers. They will walk you around the office and have you shadow some of the recruiters.

Average difficulty covering standard interview questions. Phone screen followed by an in-person interview. Phone screen was received quickly after resume submission; in-person was with their head recruiter and then followed by one with their manager.
Phone screening call with the recruiter giving me information about the job, then another virtual call interview more in depth to ask me more questions. The final interview is in person in their office.
