An Aerotek Account Executive told a contact of mine to send my resume immediately because they can help me find a job. Two weeks later I got a call from a recruiter at the Troy office for an intake call: What type of position are you looking for? salary? etc. Told him I'm looking well into six figures for a Sr. level HR Management position. He then said that he can't help me because he doesn't do positions at that level.
Four weeks later I get a call from another recruiter at the Southfield office asking if I'm interested in an HR Analyst position, salary 60k.
