Initial phone screen followed by email for interview at their office & testing. Followed by numerous calls about possible contractso and interview availability. Typical agency recruiting style. Not up front with job description & duties.
Straightforward, inital phone screening interview with friendly recruiter. They asked typical questions like, tell me about yourself and scenario questions, Everything seemed to be going well but then they let me know they decided to not bring someone in for this position, based on how the office was doing.

Went good had no issues securing the role that they were guiding me too as a temp for Bay Alarm Medical. Went on to work completed my contract and went on to other jobs later on.

How do I feel about a high intense work place? That is highly competitive?
Conversation was long. One thing I remember was that I was assured feedback either way. Feedback that never came. It was strange to brag and insist you always get back to someone when you don't.
