Interview
(1) preliminary phone interview with a recruiter; (2) interview with branch manager; (3) final interview with 2 account managers; (4) half day job shadow. Process took over 2 months.
Applied three different times (first two times, was rejected because I didn't have a BA).
In 2012, after making it past all interviews, I was told I would be called to schedule the job shadow (which means you basically have the job). Never called for two weeks and finally got a hold of someone who told me that the position was already filled. Aerotek called back the same day and offered me a warehouse job instead. Completely insulting experience after managers were bragging about my experience before, during and after interviews.
