Interview
The interview was held at the company's workplace in Ontario. I was greeted by a recruiter and from there I talked more about my background and qualifications in order to determine which positions were right for me.

Interview
Initial phone interview screening (15-20 minutes). It asks basic questions about background and your experiences. The second interview was an online interview for me. We connected Zoom, an interviewing platform similar to Skype. The interviewer was very pleasant and professional. Some of the questions were the typical questions about behavior, and my interviewer made the conversation more casual, which was great. I have not heard back on interview 3 yet, but I was told it is a shadowing in person for about 3 hours along with an additional interview with some of the higher up people. I have not finished the interview process yet, so ignore my response to whether or not I got an offer

Question 1
Talk about a time you dealt with a difficult customer and what you did to help the situation?
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Aerotek (Burnaby, BC) in Sep 2019
Interview
Short and rushed, couldnt give me the time of day to really get to know me. Didn’t understand my answers to his questions and was stuck up. Kept asking the same question saying “I still dont understand your answer” even though I had explained about 4 different times my answer. The guy was also late and the first thing he did was show off that the “VP was in town and its crazy around here” not sure that “its crazy around here” is the first thing one wants to hear after the interviewer arrives 10 mins late.
