Aetna HMO Customer Service Representative interview questions

The interview was with two hiring managers, I thought it went great!! One day later I received a link for the online application, within 30 minutes of completing the application I received a rejection email. I was floored- I never received anything saying my credit was even checked and I have an excellent driving record. I did call and they said that they couldn't give me a reason and to try again. Well I'm still trying, praying and keeping positive. I'll just have to see what happens.
