3 interviews, 2 on phone, one in person. All told me they would love to have me on their team. Later received feedback that I wasn't dynamic enough. So in the end 6 hours spent and not dynamic enough?

Traditional process with phone screen by recruiter, follow-up interviews with hiring manager. The timing of interviews was spaced a ways apart which made for a long process. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and heard feedback from others it was professional too.
