I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Aetna in Aug 2019
Interview
Had a phone screen with HR and then an interview with hiring manager. The HR person who followed up stated they loved me but that they will keep me in mind for roles at the level I applied to but also to look at more junior roles. I had a friend get the same feedback a couple years ago. Looks like they want the talent but don't want to pay for it.
