Interview
Applied online on 1/21 received a call the next day from there people scouts, and went through a voice test. After passing I was offered a phone interview a couple of days later. The interview had questions like " How do you build a good rapport with the customers? Explain when you experienced a major change in the work place? Tell about a time you went above and beyond at your job? Explain a situation of an upset customer and how did you resolve the issue?. After my phone interview she placed me on hold a couple of minutes then came back to the phone. She informed me I did very well, but needed to feel in the gaps of employment, and then send her the updated resume. She then told me she will send all my info to the managers and they will be contacting me. I waited 21 days and still no response. by the 23rd day a people scout agent called me, and informed me the position for "inbound Queue Associate" had been closed, but a position for a " Dental Customer service Rep just opened, and since I've already went through all the formal procedures she will just schedule me a F2F interview :). On 2/16 I was interviewed along with 6 other girls. I spent 30mins interviewing with 2 supervisors. After the interview they left the room for about 5mins. When they came back they told me now I will interview with there manager. The manger asked me just a couple of questions about my call center experience, and then explained to me that this is a high volume call center, and a lot to learn. She then told me a people scout agent will be in contact with me. I received a call on 2/22 and they offered me a position. GOOD LUCK, and I hope this helps. :)

Initial phone screening under 10 minutes. Then a video interview 45 min to 1 hour. Going over job description, training, expectations. Then going over resume like job titles, descriptions, and why you left. Then endless behavioral and situational questions. I just finished the interview so I'm unsure if I received a job offer.
