Online screen, two rounds of phone interviews. The first phone interview was with two associates and the second was with the director of the internship program. Both interviews focused on general behavioral questions and did not include technical questions.
Great! People are very friendly, and the experience was amazing. Cvs/Aetna is an amazing company, and I loved the experience. I would recommend everyone apply here, and they will enjoy the interview process.

Referred through a professor at school. Emailed a few days later and offered first round phone interview. The interview was short and not extremely detailed. only complaint is that there was no job description for the internship.
