Interview
The position was for Junior standing because it was an internship, but I knew someone who worked in the company and got me the interview as a senior about to graduate. The interview started off asking me to talk about myself and then she asked some pretty intense questions. One I could think of had something to do with asking when I had used a certain technology to complete something and what could be done to improve that technology and what I did to improve it.

Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews. Each was with a different individual of the FDLP. The first round was a mix of behavioral questions as well as analytical questions. The next two interviews were behavioral questions.

I participated in a webinar through JumpStart. After the webinar, I was selected for an initial first round interview. The interview was with a current FLDP professional. I did not move on to the next round.

Applied on my campus website. Got an e-mail a little after asking to go through a phone screen. The interviewer was nice. Only worked there for a little while and wasn't very welcoming with my questions.
