Interview
I applied online and got a call for a phone interview the next day. After answering a couple of questions I was scheduled for a face to face interview at the High Point, NC office. I was interview by two people a QA and Team Leader. The interview questions were straight forward. They asked me to do a mock call which consisted of them giving me a paper to read to myself for about 3mins. Then they began to ask me questions which I had to answer using the information on the sheet. They were really trying to see how I responded to being asked the same question several times. The interview lasted about 30mins and I got an offer about two days after.

Then going over resume like job titles, descriptions, and why you left. Then endless behavioral and situational questions. I just finished the interview so I'm unsure if I received a job offer.
