Interview
It was excruiciating. The waiting was the worst part. Once I completed the Online Job Application at Aetna.com/jobs I received a confirmation e-mail with a phone number asking me to call for a telephone interview. They asked several situation type questions. Once the questioning was done they immediately gave me an interview date. My interview took place a few weeks later. I interviewed with an incedibally nice woman. They gave a detailed description of the position and the benefits. They asked the normal interview questions, medical background, etc. The whole process lasted for a half hour. I was told that I would be receiving a phone call within the next two weeks. The training class was supposed to start at the end of two weeks. Although I received very detailed e-mails from the background check associate I never received confirmation in that two week time period. I was actually on my way to a second interview with another company two months later when I received the call back with the offer. I didn't negotiate as I had been trying to get in the company going on 6 years.

Interview
Initial phone screening under 10 minutes. Then a video interview 45 min to 1 hour. Going over job description, training, expectations. Then going over resume like job titles, descriptions, and why you left. Then endless behavioral and situational questions. I just finished the interview so I'm unsure if I received a job offer.
