Interview
The interview with Aetna went fine. It took a little bit of time to negotiate scheduling because you have to find a time on the Talent Coordinators calendar (which didn't have many openings), but once we had it scheduled it went well. The phone interview was good, Brittany (Talent Coordinator) talked to me about Aetna and some of my background. The application process was pretty easy, online application, a phone interview with HR, and at the end of 15 minutes, we were scheduling a time for me to come into the office. This took some time as well because Aetna doesn't seem to have a lot of Interview times basically insisting the in-person interview needs to be on a specific date. After the in-person interview in which I spoke to people doing the job I'm applying for and their manager, they informed me I would hear back in a couple days. I thought I would receive word either way but I never heard back.

Interview
Initial phone screening under 10 minutes. Then a video interview 45 min to 1 hour. Going over job description, training, expectations. Then going over resume like job titles, descriptions, and why you left. Then endless behavioral and situational questions. I just finished the interview so I'm unsure if I received a job offer.

Interview process was a breeze. Recruiter was great and supplied ample information of what to expect working for the company. They only asked a few questions and shipped the equipment I needed to get the job done. Highly recommended!
