I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aetna in Feb 2019
Interview
Three interview rounds. The first was general HR, the second was with two associates in the full time rotational program (GMDP), and the third was with the head of the program. All three were phone interviews, since I am not local to Hartford. They were general behavioral interviews, very standard questions. But be sure to look up Aetna's core values beforehand, I brought them up unprompted and they seemed impressed, and then in one of the later rounds they asked me about how these values fit with my culture.

Question 1
What do you think makes an effective presentation?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aetna in Nov 2018
Interview
Straightforward and entirely behavioral interview aside from some questions as to why you want to work for Aetna specifically. All the interviewers were very nice and all interviews took place over the phone. The first was a phone screening more so, but included a couple of behavioral questions, second consisted of a phone call with two associates from their General Management Leadership Development Program and the last took place with the program director. All in all, it was a very good experience and they are eager to share about the company and the program so definitely ask questions to show curiosity!
