I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Aetna in Nov 2019
Interview
Had a job interview 2 months ago and still have not heard anything back either way. Interview was easy, very relaxed, probably the best interview I've ever had. Interviewers made me feel comfortable and at ease. However, the recruiter has never responded to my inquiry regarding my status nor has my status ever changed online. I don't think I've ever interviewed at a big company where they haven't let me know either way. Very unprofessional, in my opinion.
1/27/20 *Update* Finally got an auto-email from Aetna that the "business unit has decided not to fill the position" - over 2 months after I interviewed. Still could've heard back from the recruiter that something was going on but at least I finally have an answer.
