I applied online. I interviewed at Aetna (Hartford, CT) in Oct 2018
Interview
Interviewed with a hiring manager on the phone. Was called in twice for face-to-face interviews. First interview was with the hiring manager. Second interview was with a colleague of the hiring manager. Both people gave the impression that I was a very strong candidate and that they were impressed. However, I was never given the courtesy of a further response or rejection. I reached out a couple times to follow up as I know that managers are busy and was ignored.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Aetna in Nov 2021
Interview
Applied & received follow up requesting interview 4 weeks later. 20 minute phone screening with low level HR associate with zero knowledge of the specific role. Was offered a follow up interview but declined due to salary range.
I applied online. I interviewed at Aetna (New York, NY)
Interview
I applied and was contacted a few weeks later by the recruiter. I send my availability, and we set up a time to chat. At the appointed time, no call, so I send an email. She apologizes and says she is stuck in a meeting. We set up another time. And again, same thing. By this point I am frustrated but still trying to be understanding, as things happen. After the third cancellation, we finally get on the phone. No apology or mention of the cancellations. So unprofessional and inconsiderate!
