I applied online in late June, was called in early July by an Aetna Recruiter. I was then screened by the recruiter, and later booked for an interview. The interview was comprised of the manager and another provider relations rep. The interview was rather fun, they were easy to talk to, basic questions, and we etablished a nice report. The second interview was mid August with the director, she was friendly, and the questions were very similar to the first interview, not very pressing. After that, nothing. I had to e-mail the recruiter, he stated I was in the running. Flash forward to now October, after umpteen e-mails, and let downs. The manager states the director quit, and that she has been very busy, however she had great news. This goes on until the the middle of October when finally she says that she wants to meet me for lunch. This does not happen, later we finally speak to each other, and she reveals that she has chosen someone for the positon and that she can offer me an admiistrative assistant position!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have an MBA, are you kidding me? She could have mention that months ago! I was dissappointed in how she handled things, and her lack of professionalism. She needs a lesson in tact.
