Interview
I had two interviews. The first interview was with three or four department heads and the second interview was with even more department heads. I was offered the position a few weeks later.

Interview
First I got a phone call which was very short basically having me give a brief description of myself and why I am interested in the role. Recruiter explained process and salary range. Recruiter on phone says the range for this role is 45k-49k. and how it is an entry level position
About 2 weeks later I get email to set up in person interview. I arrive and had a panel styled interview with 3 underwriting managers. Tense interview because the interviewers were very very uptight and would not smile and seemed like they really did not want to be there or were interested in the slightest. They each take turns asking generic questions and ask questions. Maybe they were having a bad day or something but it was not a relaxing atmosphere at all. Lasted about 35-40 minutes
Week after I get email saying I was not picked.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Mainly questions about concepts of insurance and risk pools. They ask math questions which mainly deal with percentages. They don't let you use calculator. Not exactly hard but not something I expected myself.
