First contacted for a phone interview:
Asked basic interview questions, situational, about last experience, and a couple math based questions. Some questions were: Describe a time when you were faced with an ethical decision at work. Math based questions were basically learning if you could work with fractions and percentages.
Got called back for an in person interview:
Asked same types of questions and asked about leadership skills. Also asked questions related to excel and more basic math questions.

Phone interview followed by an onsite interview asking basic questions that are stated previously. Some simple math calculations nothing crazy. I then got called the next day for another interview which had the same questions pretty much. Two days later got an offer.

Panel interview with basic math and statistics questions. Very casual setting, come prepared with questions because it doesn't take too long. Also, the background check TAKES FOREVER so be prepared. They will ask you for details about EVERYTHING, even things that don't apply to the position you are applying for (for example, they had to hunt down my notary public credential and I don't need it to do my job)
