I applied through college and sent a follow up. aThey reached back to me saying that they want to talk to me for 30 mins. It was not hard but you really need to know anything about the responsbility.

There were 3 rounds of interviews. Each was with a different individual of the FDLP. The first round was a mix of behavioral questions as well as analytical questions. The next two interviews were behavioral questions.

I participated in a webinar through JumpStart. After the webinar, I was selected for an initial first round interview. The interview was with a current FLDP professional. I did not move on to the next round.

Applied on my campus website. Got an e-mail a little after asking to go through a phone screen. The interviewer was nice. Only worked there for a little while and wasn't very welcoming with my questions.
