Interview
I initially received an email from the recruiter informing me that I had been selected for a phone interview, where I was asked a few basic questions about my experience. I was told that my information would be forwarded to the hiring manager and if selected, they would arrange for interview. Being that I'm already an employee of Aetna, they sent Interview appointment via Outlook, which I accepted. This interview was with two ladies and no camera was required (no one was on camera). I was asked five questions:
1. How do I explain hard to understand information?
2. Explain a time that I had to work against a tight deadline.
3. What about my current position do I find the most stressful?
4. How do I manage my time?
5. Describe a time when I had to explain a difficult policy.
*Also asked about my experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook. I was asked about my experience with identifying trends, programs or resources I use to manage my time, and also asked if I had any questions about the job.

Interview
First I spoke with a recruiter over the phone who gave more information on the position and asked about my motivations for applying, past experience and what I was looking for. Once she determined a possible mutual fit in the same call she scheduled an interview for the following week with 3 managers. 1 manager was there in person and 2 others were over the phone. They asked about 10 STAR questions, the interview lasted about 45 minutes.
