Applied in October online after speaking to recruiter at career fair. Received email in January for interview with hiring manager. Heard from HR with one week after interview and had to complete background check prior to receiving offer. Overall process was simple and quick aside from the initial wait. This year's summer associate program received over 2000 applications and only 108 were hired.

Three phone calls, all behavioral. Lots of similar questions from vault and on glassdoor so it's easy to prepare for. Currently in process of determining to accept or not but I really like the company so I'm strongly considering it

Had a 30-minute phone screening with a professional in the finance leadership development program. She asked me a few personal questions as well as a couple behavioral questions. It ended a little bit early so I asked her a few questions. I was overall pretty relaxed and they got back to me pretty quickly.
