I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Aetna
Interview
1 call with HR, 1 tech-screen followed by 4 rounds of on-site. The team I interviewed was good and engaging. HR is awful thru interview process. Asked me to drive 5 hours to on-site interview, offered me job with 15% below average salary for the position based on Glassdoor. Never offered to reimburse me for my trip - There was no followup for getting reimbursement. Extremely disgusting and left me feeling like they are bunch of rude cheapskates. Note to HR: If you want above-average and smart people working at your company, you have to pay them above average salary. You can't get the best on the cheap....
