Interview took place at the corporate office in Hartford, CT. I got the chance to meet and speak with the program director and executive sponsors of the program. I have two interviews followed by a tour of the building, which is humongous. Mostly all of the questions were behavioral and situational, so be prepared to provide examples. Be yourself; they want to see that you have the transferable skills to be an asset to the company.

Three phone calls, all behavioral. Lots of similar questions from vault and on glassdoor so it's easy to prepare for. Currently in process of determining to accept or not but I really like the company so I'm strongly considering it

Had a 30-minute phone screening with a professional in the finance leadership development program. She asked me a few personal questions as well as a couple behavioral questions. It ended a little bit early so I asked her a few questions. I was overall pretty relaxed and they got back to me pretty quickly.
