The interview process was simple - I was given lots of information then asked if I had any questions and if I would be comfortable handling that information. I felt comfortable and not nervous. There was no awkward silences and I felt like they really wanted me - not like I was begging them for the job. It felt natural and comfortable. I would study the company values and be able to apply them to some of the questions you are asked.
