I completed the interview with their HR Hiring Manager, she hung up on me, was feeling unwell, and for the most part spoke the most during our conversation. She implied that the internship position would be a learning opportunity, and that she would get back to me one week later. It took me emailing them to finally get an update 3 weeks later. They also asked about my degree, and it made it feel like they didn't believe I wanted the role solely because it was not Human Resources related. Also I believe they looked down on my experience with work from a non-profit.
