Affinity Customer Support Representative interview questions

Two week process, phone screening, 1st stage, and 2nd stage. Average interview process. Did not make it to final round. First round interview, the interviewer was a half hour late, and was not the person who was meant to be interviewing me. The person who did show up was completely unprepared. I received no follow up from HR with any kind of apology, and it was barely acknowledge in the second interview.
