This was one of the most well planned interviews I've participated in. So often interviews are constrained to one department. During my interview, I had an opportunity to interview with product, design, sales, marketing, and even one of the co-founders. I really appreciated that the questions were primarily centered on behavioral fit. It's clear that Affinity is looking for people who are passionate about the mission and not afraid to challenge the status quo. They've created a great culture that they are looking to scale.
