Interview
Quick call with a recruiter, 30 mins with hiring manager and 30 mins with a teammate, then 30 mins with a founder and VP.
The Affinity team was warm, engaging and conversational and the recruiter was responsive. In the end I wasn’t given an offer and the hiring manager emailed me. I appreciated both the e-mail (instead of a rejection call) and that the manager let me know instead of the recruiter, since I completed the full loop. I was bummed by the decision but in general the process was smooth.
