The process felt unnecessarily prolonged and disorganized. It began in July and only wrapped up in mid-October, during which I had to send multiple follow-ups just to receive updates. After being told I had completed all interview rounds, I was unexpectedly asked to return for an additional one, which gave the impression that I was being kept as a backup option while another candidate was prioritized. The lack of decisiveness and transparency made the overall experience feel discouraging and unprofessional.
