Unprofessional and incompetent. Applied to the position and received an invitation for an interview that was scheduled a week out. On the morning of the interview, the recruiter asks where I'm located (how about checking the application and resume?). They then proceed to tell me that the company is not hiring remotely in California (despite the fact that the job was specifically posted in California cities and, oh yeah, Affirm is headquartered in San Francisco. Then, a day or so later, they repost the same jobs in the same California cities as remote work. An absolute unprofessional and pathetic clown show. Grow up, Affirm.
