The process is very thorough. Due to this, you get the opportunity to meet several people that are on the team. Every step throughout this process felt welcoming and supportive. If a question was forgotten, they gave opportunity for communication outside of the interviews. Everyone was very kind. Im rating it as difficult due to the amount/length of interviews, but the benefits and whole package Affirm has to offer makes sense as to why they take their time and ask tougher questions.
