The process consisted of a recruiter screen, a hiring manager interview, and a panel of 4–5 interviews with members across the team and organization. Each interviewer focused on a specific competency — collaboration, problem solving, culture fit, etc. The questions were straightforward and the interviewers were generally welcoming.
