I applied through a referral and had a phone interview with the recruiter shortly after. I was impressed by how well she really knew the role and the company. Then had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which went well - super positive and energetic. They quickly got me scheduled for an onsite with 6 interviews the following week. They gave me the full schedule, and the recruiter also conducted a prep call to talk me through who I'd be meeting with and what they'd each be focusing on. When I checked in for the onsite, they gave me a printed agenda for the day and a tour. Every interview was positive and I got a great feel for the company and everyone's passion for working there. This was definitely the smoothest, most professional, most organized, all around best interview process I've ever experienced.
